Job summary

A leading healthcare recruitment firm in Singapore seeks an experienced Operating Room Technician to assist surgeons with their specialized technology. The role requires a min of 2 years operating theatre experience, particularly in orthopaedic cases. You will ensure compliance, prepare necessary instruments, and support clinical processes. An attractive hourly rate and 6-month contract are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the operating theatre, preferably with orthopaedic cases.

Responsibilities

Job Description:

• Assisting surgeons in performing surgical techniques with company’s technology.
• Providing competent technical and clinical support when company’s technology is used by surgeons.
• Guide surgeons and other Operating Room Personnel in the safe and effective use new company’s technology.
• Ensuring appropriate instruments and implants are at the hospital and complete before each use
• Building positive relationships with customers on behalf of Sales Leads
• Identifying customer needs and recommends appropriate registered and available products to address them and/or pass it on to Sales Leads for follow up.
• Maintaining a thorough understanding of the company product lines; updates, features, benefits, surgical techniques independently.
• Adheres to compliance policy and guidelines at all times
• Assist the AD/SNM in coordinating, implementing and monitoring clinical and service quality performance indicators for continuous improvement

Job Requirements:

Min VALID SNB & BCLS w min 2 yrs of operating theatre experience in orthopaedic cases
