Job summary

ABER CARE PTE. LTD. is seeking a qualified nurse to support our residents with daily nursing care, medication administration, and meticulous documentation. The role emphasizes collaboration with residents and staff to maintain high standards of care.

You will pack medications, maintain records, assist with daily therapeutic procedures, and apply nursing knowledge to support the care team. Singaporean applicants with SNB registration are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Nursing is required.
• Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board.
• Minimum 1 year experience with inclusion intervention.
