Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Diploma-qualified professional to support pharmacy operations on a 3-month contract. The role covers stock receipt, order processing, quality checks, and inventory management, with potential team leadership involvement.

You will collaborate with IT/automation teams to sustain system implementations, ensure accurate billing, and coordinate deliveries to healthcare institutions or patients. A hands-on, meticulous approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science (completed).
• Able to commit to a 3-month contract.

Responsibilities

• Perform inbound stock receipt, checking, and repacking.
• Process medication orders/prescriptions in accordance with set standards.
• Perform quality checks on picked medication orders/prescriptions and pack for delivery.
• Work with the informatics team to ensure smooth implementation of IT and automation systems.
• Manage inventory, including performing stock replenishment, cycle counts, and stock take.
• Perform billing procedures for services provided.
• Coordinate deliveries to healthcare institutions or patients, including reconciliation, handover, and issue resolution.
• Assist in general housekeeping and management of pharmacy consumables.
• Assist in managing operations in the assigned section if appointed as team leader.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned, including cross-functional support.
