Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a registered pharmacist to join our team in Singapore. The role involves dispensing, clinical pharmacy services, and patient counselling across multiple locations.

Travel to pharmacy sites across Central and East Singapore will be required based on manpower needs, with a minimum of 21 hours per week over a 5.25-day week. Independent work and professional conduct are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be a registered pharmacist with the Singapore Pharmacy Council.
• Ability to work independently in a clinical or pharmacy setting.
• Available to work a minimum of 21 hours per week across a 5.25-day work week.
• Willingness to travel to different work locations across Central and East Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate medication dispensing services and pharmaceutical care to patients.
• Conduct outpatient pharmacy services, including Medication Review Service (MRS) and Anticoagulation Service (ACS).
• Counsel patients on medication usage, safety, and adherence.
• Provide drug information and professional advice to healthcare professionals.
• Respond to medication-related enquiries from patients, healthcare professionals, and members of the public.
• Travel to pharmacy locations across Central and East Singapore as required based on operational and manpower needs.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, professional standards, and organisational procedures.
