Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to assess patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and help people regain independence across hospitals, community care, outpatient clinics, or home-based services.

You will work with doctors, nurses, and therapists to deliver coordinated care. You will monitor progress, educate patients and families on home exercises and safety, complete timely documentation, and contribute to discharge planning and follow-up

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent in Occupational Therapy.
• Registration/licence to practice (where applicable).
• Experience in hospitals, rehab or community care.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work 3–5 days per week (Mon–Fri).

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical, cognitive, and daily living abilities.
• Develop and carry out individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
• Help patients improve their independence in daily activities (ADLs) and daily routines.
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans when needed.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on home exercises, safety, and the use of assistive equipment.
• Keep accurate patient records and complete documentation on time.
• Work closely with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated patient care.
• Support discharge planning and recommend follow-up care where necessary.
• Follow workplace policies, infection control, and safety procedures.
• Ensure therapy equipment and resources are used and maintained properly.
• Adapt to different healthcare settings, including hospitals, community care, outpatient clinics, or home-based services.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and quality improvement activities when required.
• Maintain professionalism, patient confidentiality, and ethical standards at all times.

Requirements

• Available to work 3 to 5 days per week (Monday to Friday)
