Keeps Senior Nurse Manager/Nurse Manager/Doctor informed on patient’s condition, treatment/intervention and outcome. Takes active measures to ensure the safety of patients. Reports all occurrence incidents to Ward or Senior Nurse Manager/Nurse Manager On Call.
