About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Local Support Assistant in Singapore to assist with on-site interventions at our local office.

Job Overview
The Local Support Assistant will be responsible for handling operational tasks on-site, ensuring smooth processes for shipments, inventory, office support, and general coordination.

This is not a full-time role but an on-demand position, with pre-scheduled interventions communicated in advance.

Tasks

Shipment Assistance

  • Prepare shipments to and from the office, ensuring proper packing and documentation.
  • Track incoming and outgoing shipments, confirm deliveries, and follow up with carriers (DHL, FedEx, etc.).
  • Ensure timely delivery and consistent status follow-up.

Inventory Management

  • Conduct regular inventory checks for office equipment and supplies.
  • Maintain and update inventory records, reporting any discrepancies or low stock levels.

General Support & Coordination

  • Assist with miscellaneous tasks in the office as needed.
  • Act as the on-site point of contact for support requests.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to resolve technical or logistical issues.
  • Ensure clear communication regarding the status of shipments, inventory, and operational matters.
