Responsibilities

• Perform daily Cheque Clearing, GIRO, FAST and PayNow transactions.
• Monitor and perform reconciliation for transactions.
• Provide 24x7 offsite support and system maintenance.

Job Description:

1. Perform daily Cheque Clearing/GIRO/FAST/PayNow transactions related tasks timely and accurately.
2. Process DDA application and Salary Crediting.
3. Monitor and reconciliation for FAST/PayNow transactions.
4. Handle Insurance Commission payout on a monthly basis.
5. Complete daily duties within stipulated timeframe.
6. Participate in in-house and industry testing.
7. Provide 24x7 offsite support, system maintenance and implementation support during non-office hours.
8. Any ad-hoc tasks assigned.

Requirements:

1. Possess at least a Diploma of a relevant Discipline.
2. Familiar/experienced with the process of Cheque clearance, GIRO, FAST & PayNow.
3. Meticulous with an eye for details and quality mindset.
4. Team player, self‑motivated, ability to learn fast and handle multiple tasks to prioritize those tasks and meet deadlines.
5. Basic knowledge of Payment and AML/CFT will be an advantage.
