Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is looking for a Loans Executive to manage document processing and audit confirmations. Candidates should hold a Diploma and have relevant experience. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, with occasional overtime. This position has a contract duration of 6 months.

Qualifications

• Experience in relevant filed will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Pre-process checks to ensure all documents are present and in order.
• Handling applications submitted either through physical letters or online portals.
• Confirming the accuracy of details provided in the audit confirmation request.
• Generating and sending reports for additional information and reconciliation.
• Any other Ad-hoc that is required from time to time.

Loans Executive

Working Hours: Mon - Fri 9-6PM (Please expect OT 2-3 days a week, till 9.30pm due to the high processing nature of the position)

Location: Changi Business park

Contract Duration: 6 Months

The key duties and responsibilities include:

1. Pre-process checks to ensure all documents are present and in order.
2. Processing Audit Confirmation Requests: Handling applications submitted either through physical letters online portals. This includes ensuring all required documents are present and correctly filled out.
3. Verification of Information: Confirming the accuracy of details provided in the audit confirmation request, such as the company's name matching bank records and funds for debit.
4. Generating and Sending Reports for additional information and reconciliation purpose.
5. Any other Ad-hoc that is require from time to time

Requirements:

• Diploma in relevant field
• Experience in relevant filed will be an added advantage.
