• Liaising with clients and financial institutions, and maintaining accurate loan records and system updates
• Prepare, verify, and manage all necessary documentation, including hire-purchase agreements, loan agreements, settlement forms, and purchase orders
• Assist in checking disbursement schedules, processing payments, and handling loan settlement or refund requests
• Any ad-hoc duties as required
