A financial services company in Singapore is seeking a motivated Loan Officer to assist customers with loan applications and provide professional financial guidance. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided. Key responsibilities include evaluating loan applications, conducting cold calls to potential clients, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing repayment schedules. This position offers a salary of $2,200 – $2,500 and requires availability for retail hours including weekends.
Salary: $2,200 – $2,500 basic + monthly incentives + variable bonus
Location: Central Area, Singapore
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 11:00am – 7:00pm
Saturday: 11:00am – 6:00pm

We are looking for a motivated Loan Officer to join our team. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided. In this role, you will assist customers with loan applications, provide professional financial guidance, and ensure smooth loan processing in compliance with company policies and regulations.
1. Loan Application & Processing
Assist customers with loan enquiries and clearly explain available loan products
Perform customer onboarding, including KYC verification and eligibility checks
Evaluate applicants’ financial profiles, creditworthiness, income documents, and repayment capacity
Process and approve loans within authorized limits and company guidelines
Prepare and issue loan contracts, ensuring customers understand the terms fully
2. Customer Service & Advisory
Conduct cold calls to potential clients for personal loans (B2C leads provided)
Provide accurate, ethical, and professional financial advice
Maintain positive customer relationships and address enquiries courteously
Educate customers on repayment schedules, fees, and legal obligations
3. Compliance & Documentation
Ensure all transactions comply with government regulations and company SOPs
Maintain accurate records of loan applications, contracts, receipts, and reports
Conduct mandatory recordings for face-to-face or video loan operations (if applicable)
Protect customer confidentiality and sensitive financial data
4. Repayment & Debt Management
Track repayment schedules and follow up with customers on outstanding payments
Send reminders, notices, and negotiate structured repayment plans when necessary
Escalate overdue accounts according to company policies legally and ethically
5. Administrative Duties
Handle office administrative tasks including filing, record updates, and reporting
Maintain daily cash flow records, disbursement logs, and receipts
Assist with audits and compliance inspections
Able to work retail hours and weekends
