Job summary

ANGLO-EASTERN SHIPMANAGEMENT (S) PTE LTD is seeking an experienced maritime professional to oversee voyage operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and safeguard Owners' interests. The role involves close coordination with Masters, Owners, and port authorities to ensure smooth cargo operations.

The ideal candidate has a Master COC, at least 1 year as Master and 10 years sailing experience, including LNG tankers, with strong proficiency in MS Office. Singapore-based role with global operations.

Qualifications

• Possesses Master COC.
• Sailed as Master for minimum 1 year.
• Minimum sailing experience of 10 years.
• Sailing experience on LNG tankers required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Monitor voyage progress and ensure charter party, freight contracts obligations are fulfilled.
• Provide Masters with guidance and information about any special requirements for their voyages.
• Safeguard Owners' interests; ensure ship documentation is in order and regulatory requirements are met.
• Liaise with owners for Letters of Indemnity and follow up on Bills of Lading.
• Issue warnings and cautionary notices to ships as appropriate.
• Arrange inspections, surveys, and related cargo/damage assessments.
• Monitor delivery/on-hire and redelivery/off-hire surveys and plan movements.
• Provide guidance to Masters and circulate position lists timely.
• Monitor Cargo and Ballast plans for policy adherence.
