We are seeking a dynamic Performing Artiste Manager to curate and lead our entertainment, scouting, booking and managing a roster of singers, musicians and performers who align with our brand and deliver a world-class dining experience. You will develop the monthly calendar, coordinate with the Lighting & Visual Manager for show sets, oversee rehearsals and contracts, handle performer fees,

Qualifications

3–5 years in artiste management, talent booking, or entertainment production.
A deep understanding of the Chinese music scene with a strong performer network.
Fluent in Mandarin; excellent communication with performers.

Responsibilities

Talent scouting & booking: Identify and audition high-quality vocalists and musicians.
Performance scheduling: Develop and manage the monthly performance calendar.
Artiste management: Primary contact for performers; manage contracts and fees; ensure grooming and conduct standards.
Creative direction: Collaborate with Lighting & Visual Manager to craft show sets with lighting cues.
Rehearsal oversight: Conduct sound checks and rehearsals; optimize audio balance.
Social media engagement: Capture behind-the-scenes content and live highlights for platforms.
Guest interaction: Act as host during performances; take requests for VIPs.
Event support: Source talent for corporate bookings and festive launches.
Front-of-house assistance: Help with guest seating and hospitality during peak times.
