Job summary

ENGGSOL PTE. LTD. is seeking an Asst Engineer/Engineer to maintain live systems 24/7, covering radio communications, basic networking, servers, embedded systems and UPS.

You will report to the Team Lead and support KPI-driven contract delivery while liaising with customers and vendors across dynamic environments. The role requires a diploma in electronics/electrical/mechatronics/computer engineering and 2–3 years in related engineering.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronics/Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of experience in related engineering preferred.
• Thrives in multi-disciplinary and cross-functional environments.
• Able to work effectively indoors and outdoors.
• Preferably with some data analytics knowledge (failure trending/patterns).
• Experience in system-level maintenance across radio, networking, servers, embedded systems or UPS.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Team Lead/Service Delivery Manager to meet KPI.
• Assist to deliver contract deliverables within budget.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance per instructions.
• Perform corrective maintenance per instructions.
• Coordinate with procurement and vendors.
• Provide standby support after office hours for fault activation.
• Attend monthly meetings with customers.
• Provide engineering support for equipment adequacy, obsolescence, configuration and design.
• Recommend technical solutions to mitigate RF system failures.
• Frequent travelling and working at customer premises.
• Occasional backfill for Integrated Work Force at customer premises.
