This role plays a vital part in increasing awareness, driving online engagement, and inspiring viewers to support our cause through live streaming on platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram.

Key Responsibilities
  • Host live-streaming sessions to promote merchandise, fundraising campaigns, and special initiatives.
  • Engage viewers through interactive storytelling, product demonstrations, and Q&A to drive interest and sales.
  • Communicate the organisation’s mission, beneficiary stories, and impact in an inspiring and sensitive manner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan live-stream content, promotional angles, and campaign timelines.
  • Create engaging on-camera personas to retain viewers and encourage participation or donations.
  • Monitor live comments and respond promptly to build community interaction and trust.
  • Track performance metrics (viewership, engagement, conversion rates) and provide post-stream insights for optimisation.
  • Assist in preparing livestream scripts, talking points, promotional materials, and product displays.
  • Maintain brand integrity and adhere to the organisation’s communication guidelines.
  • Stay updated on livestream trends to enhance content quality and reach.
Requirements
