Job Description:
HLG WAREHOUSE PTE. LTD. is recruiting a Live Stream Host/Presenter to showcase our e-commerce products via live broadcasting (e.g. Shopee Live, Lazada Live). The role involves planning live content (script, promotions, audience interaction), presenting products in a compelling way, and driving sales through engagement. You will work closely with our e-commerce, operations, and warehousing teams to ensure product availability and a smooth live experience. The host will analyze live metrics (viewers, engagement rate, conversion) and propose improvements. Maintaining a strong rapport with the audience, responding to comments/questions, and building community trust is essential. Keeping up-to-date with live-streaming trends and suggesting innovative formats is also part of the job.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or diploma (Media, Marketing, Business or related fields preferred)
  • 1–2 years of live-streaming or presenting experience, ideally in e-commerce
  • Strong communication skills, stage presence, and ability to connect with audience
  • Comfortable handling live situations (technical issues, audience questions)
  • Basic data analysis skills to interpret live performance metrics
  • Team player: able to coordinate with e-commerce, operations, and warehouse teams
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Mandarin or other Chinese dialects is a plus
