TDR Entertainment is seeking a Stage Manager to oversee stage operations for live performances and events at our venues. You will manage rehearsals, coordinate with sound and lighting teams, and ensure smooth transitions and safety compliance throughout the show.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to troubleshoot on-site issues while liaising with performers and external organisers.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise stage operations for live performances and events.
• Manage rehearsals and ensure performers follow programme schedules.
• Coordinate with sound, lighting, and technical crews for show execution.
• Prepare stage cues and ensure smooth transitions during performances.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and venue requirements.
• Liaise with performers, DJs, hosts, and external event organisers.
• Troubleshoot on-site technical or operational issues during events.
• Oversee stage setup and dismantling after events.
• Maintain inventory of stage equipment and coordinate maintenance.
