Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in stage management, live event production, or technical crew leadership.
• Strong understanding of live music production (sound, lighting, and backline).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with artists, crew, and management.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced live environment.
• Technical knowledge of stage equipment and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all technical and logistical aspects of live performances.
• Supervise and direct stage crew during load-in, setup, and load-out.
• Ensure compliance with safety and equipment handling regulations.
• Serve as the main point of contact for performers on show days.
• Maintain stage equipment inventory and track repairs needed.
