Job summary

FU LIN GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced cook to prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including wok-fry styles, to support kitchen operations in a live entertainment restaurant in Bugis, Singapore.

The role requires at least 3 years of cooking experience, willingness to work split shifts from 11:00 to 22:30, and a six-day workweek. Salary ranges from SGD 3,000 to SGD 3,500 per month, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of cooking experience.
• Ability to work split shifts from 11 am to 10:30 pm with rest periods.
• Willingness to work 6 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Assist the head chef in preparing and cooking dishes to meet quality and presentation standards
• Execute wok-fry and other cooking techniques to support menu offerings
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace during shifts
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
