Job summary

LiveCommerce Entertainment, a B2B marketplace connecting brands and live streamers, is seeking an Intern (Hybrid) in Singapore. You will support the Channel Manager to manage, create, and grow our brand channel, while assisting live-streamers with customer support and payments administration.

The role covers brand strategy, content planning for FB/IG, overseas travel for streams, event calendars, and end-to-end operations, logistics, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Internship role providing support to Channel Manager in growing the brand channel.
• Assist with social media posting planning and content creation.
• Develop basic reporting on live streams and channel performance.

Responsibilities

• Support Channel Manager to manage, create and grow our brand channel.
• Provide administrative support to live-streamers during shows with customer support and payments administration.
• Establish clear brand channel strategy and positioning and marketing on FB/IG or other social media.
• Travel for overseas streams.
• Plan calendar of sales events (special streams or events).
• Support end-to-end operations, logistics and fulfilment for the brand channel.
• Post and plan social media contents.
• Review and analyse live stream data.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly KPI reports for the channel.
• Reconcile and prepare delivery reports after livestreams.
• Assist in sourcing new Merchants and live streamers.
• Manage Merchants & Streamers.
• Provide Customer Service.
• Assist operations team with packing.
• Other tasks as assigned by the hiring manager.
