Job summary

Exasoft Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced Linux/Unix System Administrator to manage multiple server platforms (RHEL, HP-UX, Solaris, AIX) and drive patching, security updates and operational reliability.

You will lead patch assessments, automate tasks, monitor health, and support high-availability environments. The role requires 8–12 years of hands-on experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and willingness to work weekends and provide on-call support.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of Linux/Unix system administration experience.
• Hands-on with RHEL, HP-UX, Solaris, and/or AIX environments.
• Strong OS patching, vulnerability management and patch assessment.
• Experience with BigFix, SCCM or equivalent patch tools.
• Knowledge of hardware/firmware patching and BIOS upgrades.
• Experience with pre/post-patching automation.
• Familiar with RAID, clustering and high-availability.
• Good communication; willing to work weekends and on-call.
