Job summary

ADOMITA TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. seeks an IT infrastructure professional in Singapore to manage server provisioning and lifecycle tasks across delivery projects.

You will coordinate with network, storage and VM teams, generate hostnames via portal, and support app teams during deployments to ensure smooth handovers.

Responsibilities

• Review build requirements, set provisioning date, and generate JIRA and hostnames.
• Submit hardware roll form for rack allocation; verify hostnames, IP, and NBU connectivity.
• Notify DCFM team about cabling issues.
• Build and support new servers across the delivery lifecycle.
• Monitor progress and provide technical solutions for build dependencies.
• Coordinate with Network, Storage and VM teams to resolve dependencies.
• Ensure servers are provisioned on schedule; monitor progress.
• Provide regular build status reports and attend calls with GBT/GMET teams.
• Run daily DSM calls to track progress and mitigate OS/config dependencies.
• Support app teams for setup requirements.
• Work with app team and GIS on vulnerabilities fixes.
• Lead GIS handover activities to meet delivery timelines.
• Provide commissioning and warranty support.
• Coordinate Network Firewall, DNS, and LB setup.
• GIS handover and onboarding coordination.
• Handover environment to app team for deployment.

Description:

• Review the build requirements., Define Provisioning date, Generate JIRA, Generate Hostnames using Portal
• Submit HW Roll in form for Rack Allocation, Review the Roll in request, verify if Hostnames, IP address, verify switch port is enabled and NBU connectivity
• notify DCFM team on cabling issues
• Build/ support new servers build across the life cycle of delivery.
• Monitor build progress, provide technical solutions for build dependencies.
• Resolving dependencies by coordinating with Network, Storage and VM team
• Monitor build progress and ensure servers are provisioned based on the delivery timelines committed.
• Provide regular build status reports and attend calls with GBT/GMET teams to share the progress and clarify any technical concerns.
• Run daily DSM call track build progress and mitigate dependencies to FastTrack build OS configuration, user management, roles management and hardening
• Support the app teams for app setup requirements.
• Closely work with app team and GIS for the vulnerabilities fix
• Lead and deliver GIS handover activities to meet the delivery timelines.
• Provide commission and warranty support
• Network Firewall, Network DNS, LB setup coordination
• GIS handover, GIS Onboarding Coordination
• Handover environment to application team for deployment
