Job summary

Agape Services, a Christian social enterprise under Far East Organization, is hiring for part-time Laundry Assistants to keep linens clean and ready for delivery. The role involves sorting, washing prep, and maintaining a tidy work area in a humid factory environment.

Shifts include weekday 2pm-8pm at SGD 10.50 per hour and weekend 9am-6pm at SGD 11.50 per hour, with a 1-hour lunch. A six-day weekly commitment and weekend availability are required; prior laundry experience is not necessary.

Qualifications

• Little or no prior experience in laundry operations.
• Able to withstand humid factory environment and long standing hours.
• 6 day work week with rotating shifts, must be able to commit on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Sort and process soiled linen / towels for washing.
• Feed clean linen / towels on to flatwork ironer / towel folder.
• Count and pack of clean linens / towels for delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness of working area.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Laundry Supervisor.
