The role requires collaborating with sales and project teams to ensure technical accuracy, providing technical support and troubleshooting for lighting systems during project execution, and applying knowledge of our lighting product range to design and specify solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, specification and execution of lighting projects with internal teams.
• Collaborate with sales and project teams to ensure technical accuracy.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for lighting systems during project execution.
• Understand and apply knowledge of our lighting product range to design and specify solutions.
• Review, translate and select lighting specification & related technical documentation.
• Research equivalent products and substitutes available in the market.
