A leading entertainment venue in Singapore is seeking a maintenance team member to support show operations, maintain safety procedures, and perform preventative maintenance. The ideal candidate has a Vocational Diploma, an N3 license for laser operations, and 3 years of experience in entertainment lighting. Strong leadership and organizational skills are required as this role involves teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Able to drive a large van.
• Must carry an N3 license for Laser operation (or willing to obtain one).
• 3 years in entertainment lighting and Lasers.

Responsibilities

• Participate as part of a small maintenance team to perform required repair/preventative maintenance.
• Operate the show at scheduled times.
• Provide support to other show areas as directed.

JOB SCOPE

Summary of Job Responsibilities

• Participate in daily maintenance and show operations.
• Provide show support and running cues as scheduled.
• Maintain all relevant documentation for equipment.
• Maintain and update safety procedures.
• Assist in preventative maintenance scheduling.
• Maintain a safe working environment for the maintenance teams by ensuring all established safety policies and procedures are followed.

Job Responsibilities

• Participate as part of a small maintenance team to perform required repair/preventative maintenance.
• Operate the show at scheduled times.
• Update and maintain all relevant documentation related to the relevant equipment and control systems.
• Provide support to other show area as directed by the Senior Manager, Light and Water Show.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education & Certification

• Vocational Diploma/degree in related field
• Able to drive a large van.
• Must carry an N3 license for Laser operation (or willing to obtain one).

Experience

• 3 years in entertainment lighting and Lasers, with 2 years’ experience on large-scale outdoor water and laser productions.
• Extensive knowledge of Entertainment control systems and hardware.
• Well-versed in Microsoft Office software for Windows, AutoCAD, and laser control software.
• A general knowledge and understanding of computer networking.
• 1 year experience leading entertainment technical crews, is preferred.

Competencies

• Leadership skills with experience of leading technical crews.
• The ability to work well under pressure.
• Excellent management, organizational skills, oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work at height is required.
