• Perform preventive & corrective maintenance works according to schedules.

• Perform standby works and follow-up on breakdown report.
• Records of works that have carried out and report to supervisor for all matters.
• Attend to building or equipment inspections.
• Conducting and investigating of damages/accidents.
• Follow up on QC and QA defects.
