A prominent service provider in Singapore is seeking a technician to maintain and repair elevators and escalators. The role involves ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures and supporting service operations to meet quality standards. Responsibilities

• Maintain, service, and repair elevators, escalators, and mechanical-parking systems.
• Comply with Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) procedures.
• Attend to breakdown maintenance calls at various job sites.
• Support the Service Operations Team to meet service targets.

Job description

Basic Salary: $2,600 – $3,200 (Gross up to $3,500 – $4,300 with allowances & OT)

Working Hours: 8am–6pm (Mon–Thurs), 8am–5:30pm (Fri)

The Role

• Maintain, service and repair the elevators, escalators and mechanical‑parking systems that includes checking, oiling, greasing, mechanical adjustment, trouble‑shooting, testing of safety devices, inspection and parts recommendation and replacement in accordance to local code of practice
• Demonstrate understanding and compliance of Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) procedures
• Attend to breakdown maintenance calls at various job sites
• Support Service Operations Team to achieve department objectives on service sales targets and service quality standards
