Summary

8am to 6pm (Monday to Thursday), 8am to 5:30pm (Friday)

Location: Islandwide (will be deployed to job sites)

The Role

• Maintain, service, and repair elevators, escalators, and mechanical parking systems, including regular inspection, lubrication, adjustment, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct testing of safety devices, identify defective parts, and provide recommendations for repair or replacement in compliance with local codes and safety regulations.
• Demonstrate strict adherence to Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) procedures and company policies.
• Respond promptly to breakdown maintenance calls and perform on-site fault diagnosis across various job locations.
• Collaborate with the Service Operations Team to achieve departmental targets in service quality, efficiency, and sales performance.
