Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Lift Service Technician for a permanent role in Singapore. The ideal candidate will perform regular maintenance and service on lifts, troubleshoot issues, and ensure all work meets safety standards.

This role requires NITEC or equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, and candidates with basic electrical knowledge are encouraged to apply. Working hours are 5.5 days a week, with a variable bonus included in the salary package.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work on a 24/7 standby roster.

Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm; Sat, 8.30am - 12.30pm)

Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2,500 + Variable Bonus

Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out regular maintenance and servicing of lifts
• Replace parts and perform basic repairs as needed
• Respond to and resolve lift breakdowns promptly
• Troubleshoot and diagnose faults in lift systems
• Complete inspection checklists and maintenance records accurately
• Ensure all work is carried out according to safety standards and company procedures
• Communicate with building management and customers on site issues or service updates
• Join a 24‑hour standby emergency service on a rotating schedule
• Support installation and commissioning of new lift systems when required

Qualifications

• NITEC or equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or Built Environment (Vertical Transportation) preferred
• Candidates with basic electrical knowledge are welcome to apply, training will be provided
• Able to work on a 24/7 standby roster
