Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in lift/escalator maintenance and inspection.
• Hands-on experience in conducting full-load testing and diagnostics.
• Well-versed in ISO 22201-1 standards and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled inspections and full-load testing of lift/escalator systems.
• Detect and report any system faults identified during inspections.
• Perform corrective actions to maintain optimal system performance.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal quality protocols.
• Record and communicate inspection findings clearly to supervisors.
• Assist QA team in compiling reports and corrective measures.
• Collaborate with technicians for repair coordination and support.

Working Hours: Mon – Fri 8am – 5.45pm
Monthly Salary: up to $3010 + Allowance + AWS + Variable Bonus (VB)

Responsibility

• Carry out scheduled annual inspections and full-load testing of lift and escalator systems to ensure operational safety and reliability.
• Detect and report any system faults or irregularities identified during inspections.
• Perform necessary corrective actions and adjustments to maintain optimal system performance.
• Ensure all inspection and maintenance activities comply with ISO 22201-1:2017, ISO 9001 standards, and internal quality protocols.
• Record and communicate inspection findings clearly to supervisors and relevant stakeholders.
• Assist the Quality Assurance (QA) team in compiling reports and following up on corrective measures.
• Collaborate with fellow technicians to coordinate repair works and provide on-site technical support as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in lift/escalator maintenance and inspection
• Hands-on experience in conducting full-load testing and performing mechanical and electrical diagnostics.
• Well-versed in ISO 22201-1 standards and safety procedures related to vertical transportation systems.
• Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
