- Location: Kaki Bukit / Ubi (Office-based with regular site visits)
- Salary: Up to S$4,500/month (base salary, commensurate with experience) + AWS (13th Month) + Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily lift and escalator maintenance operations across assigned sites.
- Lead and guide service teams to minimize breakdowns and ensure safe, reliable performance.
- Monitor quality, environmental, and safety compliance according to company and regulatory standards.
- Review call-back rates and “sick units,” implementing corrective and preventive measures to improve system reliability.
- Conduct site inspections and liaise with clients to ensure maintenance standards and service expectations are met.
- Handle customer feedback and service issues promptly, ensuring timely resolution and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with Sales and Project teams to identify and follow up on repair or modernization opportunities.
- Perform cost tracking and analysis to ensure maintenance efficiency and profitability.
- Support staff development through coaching, motivation, and performance appraisals.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronic Engineering (or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in lift and escalator maintenance or service operations.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with local lift regulations and safety codes.
- Experience in analyzing service data and implementing performance improvement plans.
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
