Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee daily lift and escalator maintenance operations across assigned sites.
  • Lead and guide service teams to minimize breakdowns and ensure safe, reliable performance.
  • Monitor quality, environmental, and safety compliance according to company and regulatory standards.
  • Review call-back rates and “sick units,” implementing corrective and preventive measures to improve system reliability.
  • Conduct site inspections and liaise with clients to ensure maintenance standards and service expectations are met.
  • Handle customer feedback and service issues promptly, ensuring timely resolution and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Project teams to identify and follow up on repair or modernization opportunities.
  • Perform cost tracking and analysis to ensure maintenance efficiency and profitability.
  • Support staff development through coaching, motivation, and performance appraisals.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronic Engineering (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in lift and escalator maintenance or service operations.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with local lift regulations and safety codes.
  • Experience in analyzing service data and implementing performance improvement plans.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
