Lift Engineer (Maintenance)
  • Location: Kaki Bukit / Ubi (Office-based with regular site visits)
  • Salary: Up to S$4,500/month (base salary, depending on experience) + AWS (13th Month) + Performance Bonus
  • Employment: Full-Time, Permanent
  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday, Office Hours

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily lift and escalator maintenance activities across designated sites.
  • Lead and support service teams to reduce breakdowns and ensure safe, efficient operations.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and safety standards set by the company and regulatory bodies.
  • Review call-back trends and “sick units,” implementing corrective and preventive actions to enhance performance and reliability.
  • Conduct site inspections and work closely with clients to ensure maintenance quality and service expectations are met.
  • Address customer feedback and service issues promptly to ensure effective resolution.Collaborate with Sales and Project teams to identify repair or modernization opportunities and follow up accordingly.
  • Monitor costs and perform analysis to maintain maintenance efficiency and profitability.
  • Contribute to staff development through coaching, motivation, and performance evaluations.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronic Engineering, or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience in lift or escalator maintenance or service operations.
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of local lift regulations and safety requirements.
  • Experience in service data analysis and executing performance improvement initiatives.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
