We’re looking for a proficient swimmer, someone energetic, people-oriented, and able to lead a team of lifeguards in creating a memorable experience for our clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly administrative and operational tasks and ensure issues are resolved in a proper and timely manner
- Develop operational performance and productivity in achieving standards, objectives, and cost savings for the organization
- Handle enquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email while ensuring a high standard of quality in terms of business integrity and customer experience
- Promptly respond to and resolve clients' and lifeguard requests, and provide a solution
- Plan & manage lifeguard roster
- Responsible for ensuring the fulfilment and timely delivery of services, and reminding clients of updates
- Identify process gaps within the department and drive improvement
- Go for site visits to customers when required
- Cover lifeguard point should there be a last minute no-show of manpower
- Any adhoc duties assigned by the company
REQUIREMENT:
- A proficient swimmer is preferred for this role
- The lifeguard training and certification will be provided
- Strong eye for details and meticulous with numbers & data
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced team
- Good time management, well organized, and excellent problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently, resourceful, and a good team player
- Excellent communication and customer’s customer-centric skills
- Computer literacy with MS Office software
