Job summary

Gravitas Recruitment Group (Global) Ltd. is seeking an experienced Actuary to join the Life Actuarial, IFRS and Strategy team as Assistant Manager/Manager in Singapore. You will work with Group Companies across Asia on IFRS 17 performance, pricing endorsement, and strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities include IFRS17 reviews, product endorsements, and performance analysis for CSM movements, P&L, and KPI monitoring. Strong pricing and IFRS experience are required.

Qualifications

6–10 years of actuarial experience with exposure to pricing, product development or IFRS17.
Experience with profitability metrics such as VNB and CSM is preferred.
IFRS17 reporting, performance analysis, or pricing-stage CSM assessment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

IFRS17 performance review and strategic initiatives with Life Group Companies across the region.
Review and endorse new product and enhancement proposals with key pricing metrics.
Analyze IFRS results and driver movements in CSM and P&L.
Support regional KPI framework including business plan review and distribution metrics.
Review and endorse reinsurance treaties and experience studies.
Provide technical support and guidance across Life Group Companies.
