Job summary

Qualifications

• Daily safety checks on crane systems and components.
• Report defects on safety devices to supervisor.
• Daily lubrication of crane moving parts.
• Inspect crane boom, jib, hook blocks, wires and tracks.
• Ensure safe lifting operations at all times and no overriding safety devices.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Possess Tower Crane license issued by Singapore authorities.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate tower crane to lift and move loads as directed.
• Perform daily checks on crane safety devices and load indicator prior to operations.
• Report any safety device defects immediately to supervisor.
• Lubricate all moving parts daily and monitor wear.
• Inspect crane boom, jib, hook blocks, pendants, wires, A-frames and tracks daily.
• Maintain safe lifting protocols and refrain from overriding safety devices.
• Keep the work area tidy and adhere to site housekeeping standards.
