Job summary

Spa Infinity in Singapore seeks a professional massage therapist to provide consistent body and foot massage in line with industry standards, while maintaining service excellence.

You will prepare treatment products, replenish stocks, ensure cleanliness of rooms and facilities, handle customer queries politely, and follow instructions from the Spa Manager. Weekend/public holiday shifts required.

Qualifications

• Provide consistent and professional massage services in body and/or foot areas.
• Maintain high level of service standards during guest interactions.
• Uphold cleanliness and neatness of spa facilities and treatment rooms.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment products for sessions and replenish stocks.
• Ensure towels and supplies are stocked and ready for treatments.
• Handle customer queries politely and efficiently.
• Follow instructions from the Spa Manager and uphold spa policies.
