Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Licensed Aircraft Engineer to perform maintenance and repairs on aircraft and components. > Salary: Basic 4,000 - 7,000 SGD (open to negotiation) + allowances

DUTIES
  • Perform maintenance work on aircraft, engines, avionics, and aircraft components in line with company policies and procedures, OEM technical instructions, to meet relevant NAA requirements and customer quality expectations.
  • Perform inspection, make adjustments and repairs, replace components and correct any malfunctions or deficiencies with and without power applied to the aircraft.
  • Access and re‑install aircraft components, which obstruct the performance of the assigned tasks.
  • Perform basic mechanical and electrical removals and installations.
  • Document work performed per quality procedure manual.
  • Perform other tasks such as cleaning aircraft using approved materials, methods, and equipment, and loading and securing ballast and/or freight as required.
  • Assist with fueling/defueling aircraft as required.
  • Assist Aircraft Technicians in troubleshooting and repairing aircraft.
  • Assist with repairs on components detached from the aircraft, e.g., flaps, ailerons, elevators, rudders, doors, and leading edges.
  • Work on aircraft as well as in component shops.
  • Assist with complex repairs at on‑site and off‑site locations.
  • Assist other employees in the performance of their duties within area(s) of qualification.
REQUIREMENTS
  • At least 3 years of B1/B2 experience signing off in Singapore.

  • Diploma / Degree or equivalent academic qualification.
