Job summary

Step Up HK Limited in Singapore seeks a Licensed Aircraft Engineer – Base Maintenance to join a leading MRO in a state-of-the-art facility. Qualifications

• Must hold a valid B1 or B2 Licensed Aircraft Engineer certificate.
• Experience on Airbus A320/A350/A380 or Boeing B737/B747/B777/B787 preferred.
• Willing to relocate to Singapore and work in a regulated, multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team to perform base maintenance per regulatory and OEM standards.

We are representing one of the top 10 Global MROs to seek experienced and licensed B1 or B2 Aircraft Engineers to join a leading MRO provider. This is an exciting opportunity for engineers from across Asia to gain international exposure, further their professional development, and work in a state-of-the-art maintenance facility.

Engineers with certifications or experience in any of the following aircraft types are highly preferred:

• Airbus A320 / A350 / A380
• Boeing B737 / B747 / B777 / B787

As a Licensed Aircraft Engineer, you will lead a maintenance team to perform base maintenance tasks in accordance with regulatory requirements and manufacturers’ standards. You will be responsible for certifying the airworthiness of aircraft and components under the applicable Part 145 authority approval.

Your deployment will be based on your prior experience and aircraft type authorisation. Candidates with proficiency in English and a strong safety mindset are essential, as you will be working within a highly regulated, multicultural environment.

Qualified applicants who are Non-CAAS License Holders will undergo a 6-month structured conversion programme, including:

• Refresher training and required examinations to obtain a Singapore CAAS Cat B License
• On-the-job training to become familiar with operational procedures

Successful candidates who obtain their CAAS license will be fully deployed in base maintenance operations, with opportunities for further aircraft type training and career progression.
