Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 production support for business applications and batch jobs.
• Monitor applications, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure SLA compliance.
• Support and maintain Java/J2EE applications in Linux/Unix environments.
• Develop and maintain Python and Shell scripting for automation and operational support.
• Execute SQL queries, analyze logs, and perform issue resolution.
• Support application deployments, job scheduling, and system monitoring.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams for resolution.
