Job Responsibilities
  • Identify and manage legal and compliance risks for the company’s Singapore and overseas operations, ensuring business activities comply with local laws and international standards.
  • Draft, review, revise, and manage various contracts and legal documents to minimize contractual disputes and potential risks.
  • Monitor and analyze legal and regulatory changes in relevant jurisdictions, providing legal support and issuing opinions for cross-border business activities.
  • Oversee arbitration, litigation, and other dispute resolution matters in Singapore and overseas, improving internal management processes and risk controls.
  • Provide professional legal support to all departments, enhancing overall compliance and risk prevention capabilities.
  • Establish and maintain contract management systems, legal records, and standard templates to improve consistency and efficiency.
  • Communicate and coordinate with government agencies, external counsel, and business partners to ensure obligations are met.
  • Perform other ad-hoc legal duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Law or related fields; Singapore or China legal qualification preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin, capable of handling cross-border legal matters independently.
  • At least 3 years of experience in legal, compliance, or contract management; experience in Chinese enterprises expanding overseas is a plus.
  • Familiar with contract law, commercial law, labor law, cross-border transactions, and corporate compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills; able to handle complex tasks independently.
  • Strong stress tolerance, high professional ethics, and confidentiality awareness.
  • Willing to travel when required.
