Our client, an international law firm, is looking for a Legal Secretary to join their Disputes team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in supporting lawyers and enjoy working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide full secretarial and administrative support to arbitration fee-earners.
  • Handle digital dictation, email and diary management, and call handling professionally.
  • Draft and format documents, letters, and correspondence (minimum typing speed: 60 wpm).
  • Organise client/internal meetings, events, travel, and accommodation arrangements.
  • Assist with document preparation for hearings, bundles, and briefing notes.
  • Prepare presentation materials (e.g. PowerPoint slides).
  • Manage and maintain physical and electronic filing (per firm standards).
  • Proofread legal documents and correspondence with strong attention to detail.
  • Coordinate client functions and assist with logistics and invitations.
  • Assist with monthly billing, timesheet support, and expense claims.
  • Support lawyers with conflict checks and client due diligence (CDD) documentation.
  • Liaise with the London compliance team to ensure timely completion of CDD.
  • Maintain client data in CRM systems (e.g., Interaction).
  • Provide cover for other secretaries when required.
