Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to lawyers in the Family & Divorce practice.
  • Prepare and format legal documents, correspondence, and court filings.
  • Manage schedules, coordinate appointments, and handle diary management.
  • Maintain and organize case files, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Liaise with clients, courts, and other relevant parties professionally.
  • Assist in billing, expense claims, and other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Legal Secretary, preferably in family law.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters with discretion.
  • Familiarity with e-litigation and court procedures is an advantage.
