A legal services firm in Singapore is seeking an administrative assistant to provide daily secretarial support, organize court documents, and manage schedules. Candidates should have at least two years of relevant experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of E-filing is a plus.
Providing daily secretarial and administrative support.
Assisting with the preparation of court and legal documents.
Organizing and filing court documents via e-Litigation.
Update the file records.
Handling incoming calls, correspondences and confidential documents.
Managing calendars, court hearings, meetings and appointments.
Assisting lawyer in handling customer’s enquiries.
Data entry, filing, photocopying, faxing and binding of documents.
Completing and submitting of claims.
A team player and a meticulous individual with strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
Good communication skills, both written and oral.
Good organisation skills and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Must be hard-working, committed and an ability to multi-task.
Preferably minimum two (2) years’ experience in administrative, clerical, secretarial experience etc.
Possess knowledge of E-filing will be an advantage.
