Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Officer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about corporate law, contract management, and compliance, and who wants to make an impact by helping the company operate legally and efficiently.

Job Responsibilities
  • Review, draft, and revise various company contracts and agreements to ensure legal compliance and protect company interests.
  • Provide legal support and compliance advice to different business units.
  • Conduct legal risk assessments and provide professional opinions on major business decisions.
  • Handle corporate legal affairs including business registration, labor law issues, and intellectual property management.
  • Assist in handling disputes, claims, arbitration, and litigation involving the company.
  • Identify, analyze, and mitigate potential legal risks in business decisions and transactions.
  • Manage and organize legal documentation, contracts, and records systematically.
  • Keep up to date with legal and regulatory changes affecting the company’s operations.
Qualifications
  1. Diploma or higher qualification in Law; passing the National Judicial Examination or holding a valid legal practicing certificate is preferred.
  2. Have relevant experience in corporate legal affairs or a law firm (outstanding fresh graduates are also welcome).
  3. Solid knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and labor law.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, logical thinking, and attention to detail.
  5. Strong sense of responsibility and integrity, with good coordination and teamwork skills.
