Job description
  • Drafting of quotes & engagement papers, notes of client’s instructions, witness statements, pleadings, legal research, e-filing of court documents, compiling of papers, bundles, authorities & submissions.

  • Attendances in court with lawyers.

  • Taking of notes for hearing and trials.

  • Management of time-tables.

  • Take active role in marketing efforts such as maintain social medial presence, organization of seminar

  • General support for all aspects of dispute resolution work.

  • Any other matters/projects that the management may require assistance with from time to time.

Requirements
  • Minimum qualification of at least Diploma or Degree in Law.

  • At least two years of experience.

  • Possesses strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a meticulous attention to detail and the ability to multitask and perform effectively under tight deadlines.

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and IT-savvy
