Job summary

NOVA8 (Leading International Bank) in Singapore is seeking a Legal Counsel for an 8-month contract to support its digital assets and derivatives initiatives. You will draft and negotiate onboarding agreements with liquidity providers and clients, and provide day-to-day legal support for derivatives trading, including ISDA documentation.

The ideal candidate has 2-7 years PQE with a Commonwealth qualification and experience in derivatives, structured products, banking or financial services;

Qualifications

• 2-7 years PQE with a recognised Commonwealth jurisdiction qualification.
• Experience in derivatives, structured products, banking or financial services.
• Familiarity with ISDA documentation and an interest in digital assets or fintech are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate onboarding agreements for liquidity providers and clients.
• Provide day-to-day legal support across derivatives trading including ISDA.
• Monitor regulatory developments in digital assets and fintech space.
