Job summary
A multinational legal firm in Singapore seeks a legal counsel to manage legal risks, provide advice, and support overseas projects. Candidates should have a law degree and be familiar with Company and Contract Law. Bilingual in Chinese and English is preferred. Experience in a multinational company is an advantage.
Qualifications
- Familiar with Company Law, Contract Law, investment regulations, and dispute resolutions.
- Experience as a legal counsel in a multinational company is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage legal risks for the Singapore company and its branches/subsidiaries.
- Provide legal advice to business departments.
- Select and manage external legal counsels and service providers.
- Provide legal support for overseas projects.
- Assist in handling dispute resolutions.
- Establish a legal process management system for overseas operations.

Key Responsibilities

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Law.
- Familiar with Company Law, Contract Law, investment transactions, and dispute resolution-related regulations.
- Experience as a legal counsel in a multinational company is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Ability to independently analyze legal issues and provide practical solutions.
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English.
