Who are we looking for?

We are seeking experienced lawyers with strong general corporate and commercial experience to support our clients across a range of sectors, including technology, data privacy, banking and finance, oil and gas, shipping, and fintech.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise on general corporate and commercial matters, including company law, compliance, and governance issues.

  • Support technology transactions, including SaaS, cloud, and software licensing arrangements.
  • Assist with banking, finance, and fintech‑related contracts and regulatory considerations.
  • Advise on oil and gas, energy, or shipping‑related contracts (e.g., charterparties, offtake, JV, and service agreements) as applicable.
  • Work collaboratively with internal business teams and external counsel to manage legal risks and ensure business objectives are met.
  • Provide project‑based support, manage overflow work, and assist with ad‑hoc legal queries as required.
Requirements
  • Qualified lawyer with at least 3 years’ PQE gained in a reputable law firm and / or in‑house environment.
  • Strong experience in corporate and commercial law; exposure to one or more of the following areas is an advantage: technology, data privacy, banking and finance, oil and gas, shipping, or fintech.
  • Excellent drafting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle a broad range of legal matters across jurisdictions.
