Responsibilities

• To review, interpret, vet and draft contracts, agreements and other legal documents and ensuring minimal legal exposure and liability to the company
• Provide corporate secretariat support to the Group business entities and to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and Group’s policies and best practices
• Participating in business dealings such as Merger & Acquisition, corporate restructuring, formation of business financing and ventures
• Work with external legal counsel to deal with legal claims and disputes

Requirement

• Degree in Law
• Relevant experience in corporate experience
