Job description

What the role is:

We are looking for passionate and highly motivated individuals in the field of Innovation, Entrepreneurship and/or International Business to join the Entrepreneurship & International Business (EIB) team, in developing and empowering our learners for work & life.

What you will be working on:

• Responsible for Learning Unit development, delivery, project supervision, assessment setting and marking for full-time and part-time courses
• Must be able to teach and develop two or more of the following subject areas for both Pre-Employment Training (PET) and Continuing Education and Training (CET):
  Design Thinking, Entrepreneurship, Lean Business Model, International Business Analysis, Market Risk Assessment, International Operations Management, International Business Strategy
• Coach and mentor both PET and CET learners and be involved in student development activities beyond the classroom
• Support and guide learners in their holistic development, including providing pastoral care, supervision for projects and competitions
• Mentor learners during Internship Programme (ITP)
• Develop strong relationships and collaborate on projects with industry partners as well as plan, coordinate and execute events for alumni and/or industry partners
• Participate in the delivery of outreach activities to market the school and course to potential prospects
• Plan, lead, manage and undertake poly-wide projects
• Perform general administrative and academic duties

What we are looking for:

• At least 3 year(s) of relevant experiences in one or more of the following areas: starting up and/or managing a business, international business management/liaison, business development, partner/channel management, project management
• Relevant qualifications in Business Studies/Management, Facilitation, Agile, Lean Business methodology and/or Cultural Intelligence
• Strong communication skills, good interpersonal skills, team player, ability to meet deadlines, and able to multi-task
• Passion to nurture and develop potential in learners
• IT savvy and able to harness the use of AI and technology to enhance teaching and learning
